Nicolás Cox

Nicolás Cox has been President of CBRE Chile since December 2014, having under his responsibility the entire operation of the multinational that develops in Chilean territory.

In 2019 it also name President of CBRE Argentina, assuming the representation of the company in both countries.

Nicolás joined CBRE in 2012, initially being his CFO and Operations Manager. Prior to CBRE, he served as CFO of Paperless, a company dedicated to the development of software and tax compliance solutions, where he was responsible for its operations in Chile, Brazil, Peru and Colombia. It was also the CFO of Business News Americas, an online business information company; previously, he worked in a family office, evaluating and executing investment projects for more than USD 200,000,000 mainly in the real estate and agribusiness area.

Nicolás is an agronomist and has an MBA from the Adolfo Ibáñez University in Santiago, Chile, where he has also done Corporate and Competitive Strategy classes for pre and post graduate students, as well as closed courses for companies in the same subject.

He is a member of the ULI (Urban Land Institute), the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and the GRI Club, in which he participates in the Advisory Board in Chile and is a recurring guest invited to participate as an exhibitor and panelist in various conferences related to the real estate sector.
