She brings a systems-thinking approach to real estate—understanding how assets, governance, teams, and operations intersect to support clinical, financial, and organizational outcomes. Her experience is uniquely well-rounded, having worked within health system operations and led complex change initiatives inside an academic medical center, as well as advising healthcare organizations through a consulting lens.
This dual perspective enables Stevie to design strategies that are both visionary and executable. She translates complex portfolio and organizational challenges into practical, data-driven solutions, building scalable systems and right-sized portfolios that deliver sustained value.
