In August value declines persist for the Office and Retail Sectors. 

  • At the all property level, capital values decreased -0.3% and rental values decreased -0.2% in August. Total returns were 0.2%.
  • In August Industrial capital values rose 0.1%. Capital growth in the Office sector was -0.1%.
  • Retail sector capital values fell -0.8% and rental values fell -0.7% over the month.
